Dans le cadre des 50 ans de carrière de Renaud, l

Dans le cadre des 50 ans de carrière de Renaud, le projet Renaud Ren’Art réunit quarante artistes contemporains autour d’un ouvrage collectif né de la rencontre entre les textes du chanteur et la création plastique.
"Renaud et Ernest Pignon-Ernest ont rassemblé 40 artistes contemporains autour d’un projet en soutien à la cause des enfants. 40 plasticiens ont croisé leur talent à la poésie des textes de Renaud pour une création unique rassemblés dans ce recueil."

Mon tableau “Hope” y est présenté parmi ces réinterprétations.

Au-delà de l’exposition et de l’objet artistique, ce projet soutient l’association Togeth'Art, qui œuvre pour faciliter l’accès à l’art auprès des populations touchées par les guerres et les catastrophes.

As part of the celebration of Renaud’s 50-year career, the Renaud Ren’Art project brings together forty contemporary artists for a collaborative work born from the intersection of the singer’s lyrics and visual art.
Curated by Ernest Pignon-Ernest, this book features previously unseen works by 40 visual artists. My painting “Hope” is included among these reinterpretations.
Beyond the exhibition and the artistic work itself, this project supports the Togeth'Art association, which works to facilitate access to art for populations affected by wars and disasters.

Amaury Dubois réinterprète la chanson "Dans la jungle" de Renaud.

L’œuvre devient l’allégorie d’une femme universelle, presque une Marianne contemporaine. Une figure debout face à l’oppression. Le béton symbolise la dureté du monde. La jungle luxuriante incarne la vie qui persiste. Les chaînes se brisent, la lumière surgit.

Ce tableau est visible dans le cadre de l’exposition Renaud Ren’Art à la Maison Elsa Triolet-Aragon (Moulin de Villeneuve) du 1er au 31 mai 2026.

Pour cette exposition collective, Amaury Dubois a été invité à réinterpréter les chansons de Renaud, avec notamment Robert Combas, Jef Aérosol, Ernest Pignon-Ernest et Hom Nguyen...

Amaury Dubois reinterprets Renaud’s song “Dans la jungle.”

The artwork becomes an allegory of a universal woman, almost a contemporary French Marianne. A figure standing up to oppression. The concrete symbolizes the harshness of the world. The lush jungle embodies life that persists. The chains break, light bursts forth.

This painting is on view as part of the Renaud Ren’Art exhibition at the Maison Elsa Triolet-Aragon (Moulin de Villeneuve) from May 1 to 31, 2026.

For this group exhibition, Amaury Dubois was invited to reinterpret Renaud’s songs, alongside Robert Combas, Jef Aérosol, Ernest Pignon-Ernest, and Hom Nguyen, among others...

J’ai le plaisir de participer à l’exposition

J’ai le plaisir de participer à l’exposition collective célébrant les 50 ans de carrière du chanteur Renaud à la fondation d’art Maison Elsa Triolet-Aragon.

Trente artistes contemporains ont été invités à réinterpréter ses chansons à travers leurs univers. C’est un véritable honneur d’être exposé aux côtés d’artistes tels que Robert Combas, Jef Aérosol, Ernest Pignon-Ernest, Hom Nguyen, ainsi que de nombreux artistes que j’admire qui sont présents.

Pour cette exposition, j’ai choisi d’illustrer la chanson "Dans la jungle"

De retour du Square Up Festival de street art à Perpignan (France).

Voici la fresque que j’ai réalisée durant ces quatre jours : un format 6 m x 2,30 m issu de ma série abstraite “Planet of Sound”.
Une fresque pensée comme une façon de donner une image à la musique, un jeu entre la couleur et le mouvement.

Un grand merci à Véronique, aux organisateurs, aux bénévoles et à toute la team d’artistes rencontrée sur place. Une vraie belle ambiance.

Au plaisir pour une prochaine fresque.

Back from the Square Up Street Art Festival in Perpignan (France).

Here is the mural I created over the course of those four days: a 6 m x 2.30 m piece from my abstract series “Planet of Sound.”
A mural conceived as a way to give music a visual form, a play on color and movement.

A big thank you to Véronique, the organizers, the volunteers, and the entire team of artists I met there. Such a wonderful atmosphere.

Looking forward to the next mural.

On poursuit la série Pochoir avec une nouvelle œuvre :
“Don’t worry, you’ll get another one…” 60x81cm

Entre les rumeurs infinies autour de l’identité de Banksy ( John, Michel, Christine…?) qui sait, et au fond quelle importance ? — et l’icône intemporelle de la petite fille au ballon, l’envie m’est venue d’en écrire la suite.

Continuer le récit.

Cette fois, ce n’est plus son ballon qui s’envole.
C’est sa glace qui tombe. (décidément...)

Une glace en forme de Terre.
Une planète qui fond, lentement, entre des mains d’enfant.

Et cette phrase, presque automatique, qu’un adulte prononce pour rassurer :
« Ne t’inquiète pas, on t’en rachètera une autre… »

Une scène douce en apparence.
Mais sous le sucre, une légère acidité.

Poésie urbaine sur l’innocence.
Et sur ce que l’on remplace trop facilement.

We continue the Pochoir series with a new piece:
“Don’t worry, you’ll get another one…” — 60 x 81 cm

Between the endless rumors surrounding the identity of Banksy — (John, Michel, Christine…?) who really knows, and does it even matter? — and the timeless icon of the little girl with the balloon, I felt the urge to imagine what happens next.

To extend the story.

This time, it’s no longer her balloon drifting away.
It’s her ice cream falling. (Again…)

An ice cream shaped like the Earth.
A planet slowly melting between a child’s hands.

And that almost automatic sentence an adult says to reassure:
“Don’t worry, we’ll buy you another one…”

A scene that feels soft at first glance.
But beneath the sugar, there’s a subtle sharpness.

Urban poetry about innocence.
And about how easily we replace things.

Le noir et blanc installe la structure.
La couleur vient créer la rupture.
Le pochoir dessine la figure, puis l’abstraction s’immisce.

Un dialogue permanent entre maîtrise et lâcher-prise.

Black and white establish the structure.
Color creates the disruption.
The stencil draws the figure, then abstraction subtly slips in.
