“Dreaming Ride “: When Art Meets Skate Culture

I had the pleasure of contributing to the exciting “STREET BOARDS” project, where I customized a skateboard deck as part of my latest artistic series. This collection, featuring over 24 hand-painted skateboards, showcases unique designs by independent artists.

For my contribution, I created the piece “Dreaming Ride” (80×20 cm), an original artwork inspired by my recent series paying tribute to the iconic Simpsons. Blending my figurative and floral style with Bart Simpson, the skateboarder, I aimed to capture a playful yet artistic vibe that resonates with my style.

The deck was hand-painted using oil paints, signed, and varnished, and it comes with a custom display system from Tigerclaw. I’m thrilled to be part of this collection, alongside talented artists like Amsted, Jo Di Bona, and Skunkdog.

The “STREET BOARDS” collection celebrates the fusion of street art and skate culture, and it’s a special way to share my vision in a new medium. You can discover all the decks, including mine, on Urbaneez’s platform. Each one is a one-of-a-kind piece, and I’m proud to have my work represented in such a vibrant collection.
